What is Progeria?

Mutation of just one of these letters causes Hutchinson-Gilford Progeria, also known as premature ageing syndrome.

When we set out on this adventure, Progeria was almost unknown and there was no research. Years later, after so many sacrifices, we have never been closer to finding a cure.
